In game, open the NeoCom menu on the left. Click Mail. Or press Alt + N if you've bound it.

Click New Mail. Type one of the recruiter names above into the To field. Auto-complete suggests matches.

Tell us about yourself

Subject line: "Application". In the body: timezone, what you fly, what you want to do. Hit send. Reply usually within a day.
